In 1999, at a wedding ceremony on a picturesque parcel of farmland in North East Victoria, guests were invited to bring an olive tree as a token of love, health and prosperity.

The variety of olive trees planted in celebration of that wedding, today produces a unique blend of olive oil that is farmed under organic principles. Harvested each year by family and friends using traditional methods, no chemicals are added during the processing or bottling process.

The Olive Dowry is a distinct, quality Australian product that represents the first paddock to plate product of the Beer family who have been farming in North East Victoria for three generations.
